Realising Opportunities (RO)
is an innovative programme
whichwill enable students
to have increased access to
some of the country’s leading
universities. It will support
themduring their studies at
school/college and help them
to develop the skills required
to be successful at university.
Who is involved in RO?
Our Students
The students who have been offered a place on
the RO Programme are amongst the most able
in their year group. They begin RO in Year12
and take part until the end of Year 13, accessing
support throughout their time in school/
college. They will benefit from being involved by
developing the skills and knowledge to help them
do well in their studies, being better prepared
for the practicalities of going to university, and
helping them to stand out from the crowd in
an increasingly competitive environment.
