Additional consideration
Your application as an RO student will receive
additional consideration when you apply to
the University of Sussex through UCAS. This is
dependent on you meeting all other admissions
criteria.
Alternative offers
If you receive an offer from the University of Sussex,
it will be a dual offer recognising your successful
completion of RO. You will receive a typical offer as
well as an alternative RO offer of:
•Up to 2 A level grades lower than the standard A
level offer (subject to successful completion of the
RO Programme).
Course exemptions
Alternative RO offers will not be made for the degree
in Medicine at the Brighton and Sussex Medical
School.
Applications for courses with a Research Placement
element will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
